    Bill Washabaugh is founder of Hypersonic Engineering & Design, a New York City based engineering and design studio.

    Hypersonic blends engineering, science, art, and architecture to create groundbreaking interactive physical structures.

    Bill Washabaugh brings more than a decade of experience in aerospace and mechanical engineering to the creative world to produce cutting edge designs. He has developed musical instruments for Bjork, moving stage shows for U2, large new media sculptures for museums, and kinetic public sculptures.
